The advice that we will provide you will be designed around your own needs and objectives.
The way that we are renumerated will be dependent on the agreement between the adviser and yourself. This can be based on the amount of work that we will be required to provide and the complexity of the proposed mortgage.
We will either charge you an appropriate fee and the commission can be refunded or we can utilise commission to offset the fee (or part of).
When you have a discussion with one of our Mortgage Speciailsts, they will discuss the fee and commission options available so that you can proceed with ourselves knowing what the potential costs you may be liable for at the end of the process.
A typical fee could be £500 and is payable upon completion. We will refund any commission received from the lender.
